User Agreement

You guarantee that the contact information provided is current and belongs to you or to a person on whose behalf you are acting with appropriate authority.
2.1. Processing of Ad Content
The user agrees that the texts of ads they post may be processed by automated analysis tools, including machine learning technologies and third-party services, for the purposes of moderation, spam detection, service quality improvement, and platform security.
The user is prohibited from including personal data in the ad text body, including but not limited to: full name, phone numbers, email addresses, messenger links, exact addresses and coordinates.
Contact information may only be provided in the designated fields of the ad posting form.
3. Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to post ads containing or advertising:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco products and related goods
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives
- Services for completing coursework, theses, and other academic papers
- Counterfeit products
- Materials violating copyright
- Extremist materials
- Any other content prohibited by law
4. User Rights and Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Post only truthful information in ads
- Comply with applicable laws
- Not violate the rights of third parties
- Not use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Update or delete outdated ads in a timely manner
5. Administration Rights
The site administration reserves the right to:
- Reject any ad without explanation
- Delete ads that violate the terms of this Agreement
- Block or delete a user account for violating the rules
- Deny access to the site to any user without explanation
- Unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement
- Suspend site operations for maintenance
6. Liability and Disclaimer
The administration is not responsible for:
- The content of ads posted by users
- The accuracy of information posted in ads
- The quality of goods and services offered by users
- User actions and the consequences of transactions concluded between them
- Losses incurred as a result of using the service
The administration does not participate in legal relationships between users and is not a party to any transactions concluded through this site.
7. Personal Data and Notifications
By registering on the site, you consent to:
- Processing of personal data (email, name, phone number, IP address, contact information) in accordance with the Privacy Policy
- Receiving automatic email notifications about ad expiration
- Receiving email notifications about incoming private messages from other users regarding ads you have posted
- Receiving important system messages and information about changes in the service
8. Final Provisions
Using this site is evidence of unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms, you must stop using the service.
The administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment it is posted on the site. Continued use of the service after changes are made means your acceptance of the new terms.
